chore: move generated blog HTML to site/blog/posts/, gitignore

- Generated HTML now in site/blog/posts/ (gitignored)
- CI workflow runs pandoc + make blog before deploy
- Updated all internal blog links to /blog/posts/ path
- blog/*.md remains the source of truth
