Pico not honouring Presence Button Timeout #138

From my understanding, the Presence Button Timeout field should be how long the key waits before expiring the session. As of now, I have about 1/2 a second to press the button before "Your identity could not be verified", no matter what I set it to in the Commissioner. I have tried re-flashing it, re-commissioning it, re-initialising it and nothing. I am using Pico FIDO 6.4, on a Pico 1H (i had it laying around)
