Rp2354 brings internal flash. Currently I do not see major benefits compared to rp2350 except that it will avoid QSPI sniffing, which is always good but not critical since Pico Fido encrypts the data in the flash.
The most important part is the A4 revision for rp2350 which solves OTP vulnerabilities.
Said that, it will not impact on Pico Fido as it will not require additional efforts and all these improvements are in the hardware and vendor side.
