Correct me if I am wrong but referring to readme.md, contributing.md and enterprise.md. Even if the pico-fido project is open source any external developers that will contribute to this project are agreeing that their contribution will not be under AGPL-3.0 but will be dual licensed only.

And any contribution made by an open source contributor will be used and modified further under commercial license with no incentive paid to the contributor for their contribution right?

Contributions are accepted under the dual-license model that applies to the project at the time they are made. This means that contributed code becomes part of the codebase under those same terms.

Contributors retain copyright over their contributions and are free to decide whether they wish to contribute under these terms.
