Hi, I have acquired a waveshare RP2350 One board(https://www.waveshare.com/rp2350-one.htm), and:

I wanted to use the commission page from Windows 11 to change VID and PID and such but I was unable to successfully do it.

I noticed that at first some options disappeared from the page, today the page ((https://www.picokeys.com/pico-commissioner/) is not visible anymore (not even in the menu).

I tried also to use picohsm utility but I am unable to make it work either in windows or in Debian.

I tried to patch the uf2 file offline with https://www.picokeys.com/pico-patcher/ but the pached firmware once copied on the usb stick does not appear to work at all.

Now, as HSM it seems to work even without commissioning it, but I would like to properly customize the board to appear as Nitrokey or Yubikey FIDO2 key and it seems it does not work, I am somewhat running out of options.

I have another board arriving tomorrow, still based on RP2350. Should I stick with these, or move to ESP32-S3 board?

Thanks in advance.

Hi, I have acquired a waveshare RP2350 One board(https://www.waveshare.com/rp2350-one.htm), and: - I flashed the Pico HSM on it - I used the documentation of Nitro HSM key(https://docs.nitrokey.com/nitrokeys/hsm/getting-started), - and I was able to initialize it and create keys and such using opensc. I wanted to use the commission page from Windows 11 to change VID and PID and such but I was unable to successfully do it. I noticed that at first some options disappeared from the page, today the page ((https://www.picokeys.com/pico-commissioner/) is not visible anymore (not even in the menu).
