# SPARC Implementation Plan for RvLite ## Overview **RvLite** (RuVector-Lite) is a standalone, WASM-first vector database with graph and semantic capabilities that runs anywhere - browser, Node.js, Deno, Bun, edge workers - without requiring PostgreSQL.
